Blue hydrangea…. hhmmmm…. just
love them!! I know they’re common flowers but I still think they’re beautiful.
So back to the topic, what do you think about today’s wedding décor theme? You
got it!! blue!!! ahahaha…
You see, blue theme is a bit
complicated. If used too much (on the flowers) it will feel like dark and gloomy, a bit exotic but dark and gloomy
nonetheless. If you still unclear, just look at my post of Easter Bunny Flower
Arrangement, where the decorator was using quite a lot of dark blue colored
flowers.
It depends on your taste,
but for wedding I personally still prefer the soft blue color and not too much
of it. One example can be seen from picture above, the flower arrangement in
front of the main altar boast the white and yellow colored roses but at the
top, quite a lot of blue hydrangeas were put close together that made them
stand out but not overwhelming.
The one in front of the psalmist
altar boast a few pink flowers also, while the blue hydrangeas a little bit
hidden at the back.
The ones in front of the Jesus
and Mary statues
Bi-color white and pink snapdragon,
gorgeous!
